熱可塑フリース連続加熱成形炉
ガラスウールにテフロンをコーティングしたメッシュベルトを使用、蛇行調整装置はPID制御で蛇行幅を少なく。最高設定温度250℃。フリースの圧縮度合いは、温度・風量・加熱部押さえ量と冷却部押さえ量により制御します。高密度のフリースを必要とするときはオプションのホットローラー装置を使用します。
Uses a Teflon-coated glass wool mesh belt, and the meandering adjuster is PID-controlled order to reduce meandering width. Maximum temperature setting is 250 ℃. The level of fleece compression is controlled by temperature, airflow and managing the volume of heating and cooling parts. An optional hot roller is available when a high-density fleece is required.
